Mindy Stern is the founder and President of AIM Resource Group. She is a professional career transition coach, leadership development coach, author, columnist, speaker, and trusted human resource consultant whose mission is to provide the resources, tools, and guidance to empower people to achieve their goals.
Mindy began her career as a recruiter for an employment agency. She has held the positions of Senior National Learning Manager at a global staffing company and Senior Vice President and Director of Human Resources at a New York based financial institution. In those roles she led organizational effectiveness, leadership development, performance management, employee relations, learning & development, talent acquisition, executive coaching, project management, health & welfare, change management, and employee engagement programs.
Mindy wrote her book, YOU ARE THE CEO OF YOUR CAREER – MASTERING THE JOB SEARCH IN 10 EASY STEPS, based on her extensive experience helping people to accelerate their careers.
Mindy has often been a featured speaker at leadership conferences and workshops. She motivates, inspires, and encourages those who value success in their careers and their businesses. She is a trusted guide for organizations that want to comply with ever-changing regulations. She provides the resources and guidance her clients need to create a clear and confident plan to achieve their goals.
Mindy is the past Director of Public Relations of the International Coaching Federation-Long Island chapter. She has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from the State University of New York. She successfully graduated from Corporate Coach University and has been certified as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coach Federation. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute, SHRM-SCP from the Society of Human Resource Management, Certified Staffing Professional (ASA), and Certified DISC Trainer. She is currently an active member in the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
