Celebrating 12 Years of AIM Resource Group!

12 years ago, I walked into a huge room pretending I knew what I was doing.

I didn’t.

It was my first networking event as a brand-new entrepreneur.
The first time I introduced AIM Resource Group.
The first time I said out loud, “I’m a career coach.”
The first time I shared my new logo in public (yes… I’m still using it 😊).

I was standing in Terrace on the Park in Queens (for those from the NY metro area you know this iconic space was once part of the World’s Fair)
and I remember thinking… this is it!

What I didn’t know?
👉 Someone I met at that event would become my very first corporate coaching client!

That was just the beginning.
✨ I still love the work I do.
✨ And I’m still energized by helping people grow, pivot, and lead with confidence.

Today, as I’m celebrate 12 years, I feel such gratitude.
Gratitude that I took the leap.
Gratitude for every client who trusted me to help them grow.
Gratitude for every referral, every conversation, every opportunity to make an impact.
