CELEBRATING 10 YEARS!
⚡It was April of 2014 when I was laid off from a job I loved. After working as Director of Human Resources for many years, I assumed I would retire from that role.
⚡It took me more than a few minutes to figure out what was next for me.
⚡By May 2014, I had incorporated my new business, AIM Resource Group, and started my journey towards entrepreneurship. It was not easy to get started, but learning and growing in ways I had never expected was exciting.
⚡I have been privileged and honored to work with so many wonderful people in the past 10 years. I thought it would be fun to look at my numbers 10 years later:
▶️1 – I published my first book, You Are the CEO of Your Career, in January 2020, just in time for the pandemic’s start.
▶️24 – For the past two years, I have hosted an amazing group of 24 presenters at my monthly Accelerator Career Navigation Events. Each presentation was unique and a valuable resource for so many participants.
▶️43 – I have worked with over 40 organizations to enhance their Human Resource presence and ensure that employee conflicts and liability are minimized while employee performance and engagement are maximized.
▶️103 – I have received 100 + LinkedIn recommendations from satisfied clients. This doesn’t include the many referrals I have been honored to receive through the years. Thank you to my partnership network! I am beyond grateful for your support.
▶️250 – I feel privileged to have launched AIM Academy, offering over 250 Online Certification Classes and 25 live Leadership Development Workshops to enhance the growth and development of professionals.
▶️412 – I have created and distributed over 400 weekly newsletters to educate, motivate, or influence my dear readers.
▶️2,204 – I have helped over 2,000 individuals navigate their careers by providing them with the tools they need to accelerate their job search through hosting the Accelerator Community with monthly events, creating the Interview Prep Boot Camp, providing Outplacement Services, optimizing LinkedIn profiles, and developing powerful resumes and bios.
▶️2,451 – I have provided Leadership Development through 1-1 and Group Coaching to over 2,400 individuals and groups to maximize their influence on their organizations and their teams.
⚡One of my clients once told me that my influence had a ripple effect on his life. He said that not only did my coaching help him be a better leader, but it also impacted how he showed up as a husband and father. This ripple effect of influence has always stuck with me.
